John F. Martin is seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Maintenance Team Lead to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently at its Womeldorf facility. You will lead maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate with technicians to minimize downtime.

The role requires leadership, strong problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach to maintenance in a food manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, hourly position with potential overtime based on operations.

Qualifications

• Two years or more in industrial maintenance, food processing experience preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and communicate priorities clearly.
• Proven problem-solving skills and teamwork ability.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems; PLC knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities and coordinate priorities with production.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment adjustments.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
• Provide guidance and collaborate with maintenance technicians.
• Document work orders and maintenance activities accurately.
