Tyson Foods in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift. You will follow documented procedures, maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems, and perform preventive maintenance across RTE side operations.

You will train and guide other maintenance mechanics, assist with crewing schedules, and ensure safety, food safety, 6S audits, and proper documentation in CMMS/SAP.

Competenze

• Minimum of 6 months mechanic work experience documented in the application.
• Graduate of an industrial maintenance training program.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed.

Mansioni

• Follow all documented procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
• Maintain knowledge of RTE side equipment processes.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment for RTE operations.
• Perform and complete preventive maintenance work.
• Perform and complete minor prefabrication work.
• Run machine shop equipment.
• Provide guidance and training to all machine maintenance mechanics, including cross-training.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager and Supervisors with crewing schedules.
• Assist with maintaining reliability program documentation.
• Complete safety, food safety, and 6S audits.
• Research literature and consult vendors to solve problems.
• Keep work areas clean and properly maintained.
• Comply with safety and GMP/SQF requirements.
• Perform job rotation as needed.
• Perform any other work assigned by management.
