DENSO in North America is seeking a capable Maintenance Supervisor on 2nd shift to lead and develop maintenance associates in a manufacturing environment. You will provide technical support, plan work, and coordinate repairs to minimize machine downtime while ensuring safety compliance and continuous improvement across the plant.

You will mentor team members, manage performance, and partner with planners and other departments to optimize KPIs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to coordinate and monitor high activity under varied conditions.
• Audit and budgeting knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise maintenance associates on the department.
• Provide technical maintenance support for the assigned area.
• Develop team members through coaching, training plans and evaluations.
• Plan and execute work to meet department goals and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate repairs with customers and plant personnel to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety compliance and strong on-floor presence daily.
• Respond on-call to remedy critical maintenance situations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen activities.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Planner for effective job planning.
• Communicate daily with Team Leaders to ensure cross-shift alignment.
• Own the PM system and coordinate scheduled repairs with stakeholders.
• Work with Suppliers, Engineering, and Purchasing on major projects.
