Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance leadership, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong mechanical/electrical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of related education and experience may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration, and automation.
• Solid communication and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of all equipment and processes in the facility.
• Direct and support maintenance supervisors and technicians, coordinating with contractors.
• Plan cost-effective maintenance activities and manage schedules and parts.
• Maintain automated systems including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
