Job summary

Tyson Foods in Storm Lake, IA seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all plant maintenance and lead technicians. You will implement maintenance policies with a focus on safety and a clean environment, while coordinating with the Maintenance Manager.

The role requires 3+ years as a maintenance professional, plant operations knowledge, and willingness to work weekend shifts. PLC and SAP experience are a plus, with benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years as Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Lead.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.
• Basic PLC experience; knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities and supervise technicians.
• Train on PM Program, Work Orders and SOPs.
• Communicate expectations regarding teamwork, attitude and performance.
• Maintain Lock Out Tag Out documentation and safety programs.
• Complete required reports and manage department paperwork.
• Coordinate parts and inventory with Supply Leadperson.
