Job summary

Indiana Packers Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Delphi, Indiana plant on 2nd shift. The role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment uptime, and support for production operations.

You will supervise maintenance staff in a processing environment and ensure daily preventive maintenance targets are met. Responsibilities include leading the team, coaching on safety and quality, performing evaluations, and ensuring compliance with PPE, Lockout, and GMP/SQF

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in a processing/manufacturing setting.
• Experience coaching safety, quality/SQF, and cost improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced plant environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team members according to procedures.
• Coach team on safety, quality/SQF, efficiency, and cost improvements.
• Complete annual performance evaluations for team members.
• Attend roll call to assign daily work and convey safety reminders.
• Check PPE, Lockout, and GMP/SQF compliance and tool readiness.
• Assign work, review PMs, and ensure quality and timeliness.
