Job summary

Alpha Baking Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repair plant equipment to ensure food safety and GMP compliance. You will troubleshoot breakdowns, conduct electrical, plumbing, pneumatic and hydraulic tasks, and support HACCP/SQF programs.

The role is 2nd shift, Monday–Friday 2:00pm–10:30pm, with alternating Saturdays. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in manufacturing; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work under

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, conveyors, motors/gearboxes and reading schematics/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns and failures on the plant floor.
• Troubleshoot and correct equipment.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic tasks.
