What does a Maintenance Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Directs, manages and holds accountable all maintenance employees. Directs and implements all maintenance programs for building and machinery in an orderly, efficient and professional manner. Keeps accurate records of department activities and budgets. Assures the operation of safe and functionally sound machinery. Directs all major equipment rebuilding and overhauls. Working with government regulatory agencies, or other responsibilities as assigned.

Base pay range is $88,627 - $116,323 plus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
