What does a Quality Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Lead the laboratory team to ensure product conformity and compliance with internal and external quality and food safety standards set by the QA department, company, and regulatory bodies.

Job Details:

Schedule: 12pm - 8:30pm (Monday - Friday, with flexibility and extended shifts as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Uphold all safety practices to prevent injuries
• Ensure compliance with KORE, ISO-9001, ISO-14001, OHSAS-18001, FSSC-22000, and all regulatory requirements
• Monitor adherence to work instructions, forms, and training verifications related to Quality, Environment, Safety, and Food Safety
• Oversee plant sanitation and personal hygiene per GMP standards
• Assess laboratory personnel proficiency and provide coaching for improvement
• Lead troubleshooting of systems, equipment, and processes affecting quality and safety
• Collaborate with plant supervisors to meet overall goals

Requirements:

• High School diploma required; college degree in chemistry, biology, or related science preferred
• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance in food manufacturing, preferably in soft drinks
• Knowledge of KORE and ISO quality standards in beverage environment
• Understanding of water quality and raw material standards for food-grade production

Base pay range: $88,627 to $116,323 plus bonus (dependent on role). Compensation depends on location, experience, skills, and abilities.
