Job summary

Eaton’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division seeks a Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Amarillo, TX facility. You will supervise the maintenance team, implement reliability strategies, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to maximize equipment availability.

Relocation within the United States is provided. Salaries range from $86,000 to $126,000 per year, with market-based adjustments based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 6+ years manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 3+ years supervisory or team leadership experience.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Support asset lifecycle management and safety/regulatory compliance.
• Lead maintenance technicians across foundry, machining, and plant operations.
• Monitor work orders using CMMS and prioritize tasks.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement.
• Track KPIs related to maintenance and equipment performance.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to team members.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to meet standards.
• Support budget adherence by managing labor and materials.
