Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Sector - ARS division is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Lincoln, IL facility. This onsite role supports Residential & Wiring Devices and offers relocation assistance for US residents.

The salary range is $86,000 to $126,000 per year, with eligibility for a variable incentive program. You will supervise maintenance staff, oversee equipment installation and improvements, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring safety, uptime, and OEE tracking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Three years of technical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• One year of lead/supervisor or management experience.
• One year of experience using a maintenance management system (CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of plant equipment and machinery.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance using the CMMS.
• Coordinate external vendors and contractors for repairs and projects.
• Manage the maintenance budget and expense forecasting.
• Maintain PM records and track OEE and reliability improvements.
• Support safety procedures and ISO/EHS compliance.
• Assist hiring, onboarding, and training of maintenance staff.
