Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience or 6 months of formal training in at least two mechanical areas.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and alterations on equipment.
• Maintain complex production equipment and oversee safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Control inventory and requisition parts; maintain maintenance logs and reports.
• Operate industrial equipment (forklift, skyjack) and ensure safe, efficient performance.
