Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Maintenance Operator for the North Aurora, IL site to develop and execute machine preventive and predictive maintenance across CNC, injection molding, fabrication, welding, assembly, testing, HVAC and facility systems.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC problems, perform repairs, document processes, and manage CMMS work orders and parts inventory. Training on 1st shift is provided; 2nd shift offers a $0.45/hour differential.

Qualifications

Diagnose and fix CNC mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/Pneumatic/PLC issues.
Ability to interpret electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic/mechanical prints and schematics.
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance and CMMS.
Root cause analysis and documenting troubleshooting processes.
Must be comfortable with heights.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute machine preventive maintenance schedules.
Diagnose and repair CNC, injection molding, fabrication, welding, assembly, testing, HVAC and facility equipment.
Manage maintenance work orders and parts inventory in CMMS.
Identify root causes and implement improvements.
