Amsted Automotive, Cold Form and Finishing in Geneva, IL is seeking a Maintenance Technician 1 to perform complex electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical repairs throughout the plant on the 2nd Shift. Work from drawings and specifications to troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment and PLCs.

Requires 5 years in maintenance, high school diploma or GED, and strong electrical/mechanical skills. Overtime and weekend hours may be required; safety rules and PPE are essential on the shop floor.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a maintenance function.
• Skills & Knowledge: Electrical, electronic, pneumatic, mechanical and hydraulic analysis and repair.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot complex electrical and electronic equipment, including CNC and PLC systems.
• Perform initial installations and setup for electronic equipment and controls.
• Complete electrical testing and prepare requisitions for parts and repairs.
• Assist and advise contractors and engineering teams on projects.
• Maintain documentation and ensure safety policies are followed.
