Job summary

Ferrara in Fairfield, CA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair food processing equipment. The role requires troubleshooting of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, alignment of pumps and gearboxes, and using CMMS for work reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years industrial mechanical experience or completion of craft apprenticeship or an Associate’s Degree in a maintenance-related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair food processing and packaging equipment and associated components.
• Installs and maintains gearboxes, shafts, bearings, belts, and lubrications.
• Troubleshoots pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Uses CMMS to report completed work and generate parts requisitions.
• Identifies root causes and implements long-term solutions.
