Job summary

Rich Products Corporation in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for 2nd shift to keep plant equipment running reliably. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, pneumatic and electronic systems, and use PLC/SCADA tools to optimize performance.

You will work with operations teams, train new associates, follow GMP and safety guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in food processing and maintenance of production equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train other associates in Maintenance operations.
• Desire to work as part of a Self-Directed work team.
• Proficiency with Rich’s SCADA system and basic electrical/logic principles.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses maintenance failures.
• Uses drawings, P&ID’s and manuals; applies PLC/SCADA knowledge to fix equipment.
• Performs basic plumbing, metalworking and general facilities maintenance.
• Operates Rich’s SCADA system and completes required paperwork.
• Trains new associates on required maintenance skills.
• Supports production and operations as needed.
