MAC Incorporated in Indianapolis is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift (4 PM–2:30 AM). The role leads the maintenance team, ensuring equipment reliability and PM compliance in a bottling/packaging environment.

Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and hands-on leadership are required. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in maintenance with supervisory experience, familiarity with CMMS, and knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Hands-on maintenance leadership with mechanical/electrical skills.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily maintenance activities with focus on uptime and PM compliance.
• Coach and develop maintenance technicians for performance improvement.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
• Plan and support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
