Job summary

MBV-Midwest, LLC in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced beverage facility. You will drive preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and partner with Operations to maximize uptime and safety.

Five years of manufacturing maintenance experience (food/beverage preferred), a GED or higher, and knowledge of CMMS, PLCs, and Excel/Word are required. Weekend rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong safety culture and compliance with policies.
• Experience writing reports and manuals.
• Ability to present information to managers and customers.
• Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS, PLCs and ladder logic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and enforces a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Directs maintenance staff to repair equipment such as motors, pumps, conveyors, fillers, and packaging lines.
• Plans labor and maintenance activities to support production schedules and uptime.
• Uses CMMS to manage preventive maintenance, work orders and equipment history.
• Recommends stocking parts and supplies and maintains tools.
• Coordinates with other supervisors to align department activities.
