Toshiba America Energy Systems is seeking a Machinist (2nd Shift) to join the Milwaukee Service Center. You will setup, adjust, and operate vertical turning lathes, horizontal milling machines, engine lathes, radial drills, and grinders to fabricate generator/turbine parts.

You will work from engineering drawings, perform own inspections, and maintain documentation while following safety rules. Experience with large parts and overhead crane operations is required.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in machine shop practices and techniques.
• Trade or vocational schooling related to machining preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and adjust machine tools using standard machining practices.
• Perform setups for large/irregular work pieces.
• Read engineering drawings and follow instructions for speeds/feeds.
• Inspect finished parts with precision measuring instruments.
• Ensure safety and quality, complete signoffs and documentation.
