Job summary

PDM is hiring Machine Operators for our 24/7 manufacturing facility, with a stable full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 2:50 PM – 11 PM, and comprehensive hands-on training. You’ll set up, run, and maintain advanced equipment, monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and help minimize downtime while delivering quality products.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with hands-on aptitude.
• Detail-oriented approach to setup and operation.
• Able to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment.
• Monitor processes and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Replenish raw materials and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Communicate improvements to team for continuous flow of production.
• Support a safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing environment.
