Ideal candidates bring basic math and computer skills, the ability to read English instructions, and a commitment to reliable shifts. Physical ability to lift 30+ lbs and prior factory experience are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor large-scale production equipment
• Set up extrusion lines and produce high-quality products
• Package and label finished goods
• Perform quality checks and record production data
• Follow customer order sheets and packaging specifications
• Read and understand special instructions in English
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist other operators as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and meet productivity goals
