Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate production equipment after training.
• Run slitters, laminators, coaters, presses, and handling equipment.
• Monitor quality using measuring devices and job specs.
• Calculate production rates, yields, and quantities.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to supervisors when needed.
• Use computer systems for data, labeling, and production info.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Participate in safety programs and continuous improvement.
