Job summary

PDM US, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator for its state-of-the-art facility in Rock Hill, SC. Join a company with over 50 years of HVAC leadership and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will be trained on advanced equipment and play a key role in keeping production running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work. You’ll work Monday through Friday, 2:50 PM to 11 PM, with opportunities for growth and skill

Qualifications

• Must be able to set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Willingness to work on a Monday–Friday shift (2:50 PM–11 PM).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain our advanced production equipment.
• Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols to protect yourself and the team.

You'll be key in making sure that downtime is kept to a minimum, helping us maintain the high standards our customers expect.
