Hubbell Incorporated in Illinois is seeking a 2nd shift Machine Operator (Utility Person) to operate production equipment, follow procedures, and maintain a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

You will perform assembly and finishing tasks, read gauges and inspect products, and help keep the facility clean and organized. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within a union facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and technical drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort standing or sitting for extended periods and moving around the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble POC and PRC bushings.
• Coat PRC studs and perform finishing steps.
• Wind cores and cut foils.
• Inspect, clean, and package finished products.
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed.
