Job summary

Cremer North America, LP is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH. You will operate filling equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and support a smooth production line with emphasis on safety and quality.

Starting at $20/hour with overtime opportunities; benefits include a 401K with company match, profit-sharing, vacation, personal days, holidays, tuition assistance, and an annual bonus up to $2,000. Training provided for relevant machinery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; additional training or certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience with bottling, packaging, or filling machines is ideal, but we can train you.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and meet the necessary skill levels.
• Follow all quality and safety requirements, including PPE and hair nets.
• Switch machines for different products and solve minor problems.
• Keep track of downtime and report quality issues.
• Follow the production schedule and quality control guidelines.
• Work closely with your team to keep the production line running.
• Keep machines in top condition and take pride in your work.
