Cremer North America in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a FEOL Operator - 1st Shift. You’ll operate filling machines, troubleshoot minor issues, and support a smooth production line under the Shift Supervisor. Starting pay is $20 per hour with overtime and a potential annual bonus up to $2,000.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (or working toward it). Bottling/packaging experience helps, but on‑the‑job training is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or working on it). Extra training or certification is a bonus but not required.
• Experience with bottling, packaging, or filling machines is helpful, but we can train you if you don’t have it.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs and handle materials up to 40 lbs regularly; stand for long periods.
• Attention to detail: good eyesight (color and depth perception) and ability to repeat tasks without mistakes.
• Communication: understand instructions and write clearly when needed.
• Safety: willing to wear PPE and follow safety rules.
• Team player: positive attitude and ability to work with others to keep production moving.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and meet the necessary skill levels.
• Follow all quality and safety requirements, including PPE and hair nets in designated areas.
• Switch machines for different products and solve minor problems.
• Keep track of downtime and report any quality issues.
• Follow the production schedule and quality control guidelines.
• Work closely with your team to keep the production line running.
• Keep machines in top condition and take pride in your work.
