IDEX Corporation in Rutherford, NJ is seeking a Machine Operator I for the 2nd shift. The role involves safe operation of production equipment, loading materials, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality per ISO 9001 guidelines.

We value adherence to standard work, a clean and safe work area, and collaboration with teams to hit production targets. Previous manufacturing is helpful; HS diploma required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Basic math skills and ability to enter information into manufacturing or ERP systems.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate assigned manufacturing equipment and workstations per instructions and safety requirements.
• Load raw materials and components into machines or fixtures.
• Monitor machine operation and product flow to meet cycle times and output targets.
• Conduct visual inspections to verify conformance with quality standards.
• Identify and report defects, issues, or shortages to the supervisor.
• Complete production documentation in ERP or manufacturing systems.
