Job summary

LiDestri Foods, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the Dice Room on the 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) in Rochester, NY. You will safely operate manufacturing machinery, ensure product quality, and follow sanitation guidelines while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, run, changeovers, and troubleshooting; GMP adherence; SOP execution; and cross-training as needed. Experience in machine operation and a safety-focused mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to wear PPE and follow safety rules.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, set up, run, change overs, and troubleshoot.
• Maintain GMP standards around machinery.
• Perform SOPs for machinery in assigned area.
• Cross-train or train on equipment as defined by manager.
• Maintain and issue raw materials into work orders.
• Report food safety & quality problems to authorized personnel.
