Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills (Email, MS Office, Data Entry).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Stand 80-100% of shift.
• Push/pull 22 lbs.
• Climb 8 inches; frequent standing and walking.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with hand/pneumatic tools.
• Read ruler accurately within 1/64".
• Maintain production standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow Schedule Boards or Hour by Hour boards.
• Print and produce product to match order specification; hand finish as required.
• Perform final pre-run inspection, quality checks during the run, and completion.
• Perform all required preventive maintenance of applicable equipment.
• Handle hazardous materials and chemicals according to procedures.
• Work from standard work, written instructions, and established procedures.
• Address and resolve routine inquiries and problems; refer complex issues to supervisors.
• Interact with different shifts to provide updates on current jobs, issues, or updates.
• All other duties as assigned.
