Brady Corporation is seeking a Machine Operator in Milwaukee to operate equipment across value streams, producing defect-free products that meet customer specs. You will follow standard work, perform inspections, and assist with maintenance while adhering to safety protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Brady offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 80–100% of shift.
• Ability to read measurements to 1/64 inch and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Follow Schedule Boards or Hour by Hour boards.
• Print and produce product to match order specification; hand finish as required.
• Perform final pre-run inspection, quality checks during run, and job completion.
• Perform all required preventive maintenance of applicable equipment.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials per procedures.
• Work from standard work and established procedures to complete tasks.
• Address routine inquiries and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
• Coordinate with different shifts to provide updates on jobs and issues.
• All other duties as assigned.
