Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic math and reading a ruler accuracy are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic are needed.
• Ability to operate with safety in lifting 50 lbs and standing long shifts.
• Good communication and ability to work both independently and on a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow Schedule Boards or Hour by Hour boards.
• Print and produce product to match order specifications; hand finish as required.
• Perform pre-run inspections, in-process quality checks, and final completion per standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials per procedures.
• Work from standard work and written instructions to complete tasks.
• Address routine inquiries and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
• Coordinate with other shifts to provide updates on jobs.
