Job summary

Production Castings, Inc. in Fenton, Missouri is hiring 2nd Shift Machine Operators for a four 10-hour shift schedule (Monday–Thursday) with a 3-day weekend each week. Training is provided, and prior die casting experience is not required.

You will operate production equipment, load/unload parts, inspect quality, and perform basic preventive maintenance while following safety procedures and teamwork to meet daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, including trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment.
• Load and unload parts and monitor equipment throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment, quality, or production concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals.

Production Castings, Inc. is hiring 2nd Shift Machine Operators at our manufacturing facility in Fenton, Missouri.

Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, and enjoy a 3-day weekend every week.

If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to learn, we'd like to hear from you. Previous die casting experience is not required. We provide hands-on training and an opportunity to build valuable manufacturing skills while earning competitive pay.

Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM–2:00 AM
