Job summary

Production Castings, Inc. is hiring dependable machine operators for our Fenton manufacturing facility. You will learn and operate production equipment such as trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment, with training provided. The role offers a 4-day work week on multiple shifts and full benefits.

No prior die casting experience is required; candidates should be mechanically inclined, dependable, safety-focused, and eager to grow within the operation.

Qualifications

• Previous die casting experience is not required.
• Training will be provided to grow your skills.
• Able to work a 4-day week schedule and be flexible with shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment.
• Load, unload, and monitor manufacturing equipment to keep production running efficiently.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment, quality, or production issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow established safety procedures.

Production Castings, Inc. is hiring dependable Machine Operators for our Fenton manufacturing facility.

Previous die casting experience is not required. If you are mechanically inclined, dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn, we will provide the training you need to grow your skills and advance within our operation.

Work Schedule Options

1st Shift – 4-Day Work Week
Monday–Thursday | 5:15 AM–3:45 PM

2nd Shift – 4-Day Work Week
Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM–2:00 AM

3rd Shift
Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 PM–5:30 AM

Part-time opportunities are also available.

What You'll Do
