Job summary

Production Castings, Inc. in Fenton, Missouri, is hiring 2nd Shift Machine Operators to work a four 10-hour shift schedule (Mon–Thu) with a 3-day weekend. Earn $19.50–$24.00 per hour with weekly pay and full benefits.

We provide hands-on training and no prior die casting experience is required. You will operate trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment, load parts, inspect for quality, and follow safety procedures while developing valuable manufacturing skills.

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, including trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment.
• Load and unload parts and monitor equipment throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment, quality, or production concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals.
