Job summary

Production Castings, Inc. in Fenton, Missouri is hiring 2nd shift machine operators to run production equipment such as trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment. You will work four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, earning a three-day weekend each week.

We offer $19.50–$24.00 per hour, weekly pay, full benefits for eligible employees, and hands-on training with opportunities to learn new skills and advance within manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, including trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment.
• Load and unload parts and monitor equipment throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment, quality, or production concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals.
