Production Castings, Inc. in Fenton, MO is seeking Machine Operators to join our hands-on training program. No prior die casting experience required; dependable, mechanically inclined candidates welcomed.

We offer 10-hour shifts with both full-time and part-time opportunities, plus competitive pay and a path to develop manufacturing skills. You will operate trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment, load/unload parts, inspect quality, and help maintain a safe, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, including trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment.
• Load and unload parts and monitor equipment throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and customer specifications.
• Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment, quality, or production concerns.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow established work instructions and safety procedures.
• Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals.

Production Castings, Inc. is adding Machine Operators to our team at our Fenton manufacturing facility. If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to learn, we'd like to hear from you. Looking to fill 1st and 2nd Shift positions - 10 hour shifts.

Starting pay: $19.50–$24.00 per hour, based on position and experience.
