Job summary

Skybox Packaging, LLC. is seeking a 2nd shift machine operator in Mansfield, OH. The role runs from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday overtime. The position offers a base pay of $21 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential.

You will operate production equipment, monitor quality, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while supporting efficient run times and reporting. Experience with multi-color flexographic presses is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods throughout shift.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Able to clearly communicate with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to produce finished goods.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform equipment adjustments and tool mounting as needed.
• Conduct quality checks before and during production runs.
• Maintain production reporting and document checklists.
• Troubleshoot quality or machine issues and notify supervisors as needed.
• Protect equipment and report maintenance concerns.
• Support daily and weekly cleanup per the checklist.
