Job summary

Skybox Packaging, LLC is seeking a machine operator for the night shift (10 PM to 6 AM, Sunday night through Friday morning) in Mansfield, OH. The role requires standing, lifting up to 70 lbs, precise tape measure reading, and clear communication with a team.

Expect overtime and a $2 shift differential on top of $21 per hour. Responsibilities include running production equipment, mounting dies, performing quality checks, and maintaining daily and weekly cleanups.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to produce finished goods.
• Perform equipment adjustments and mounting of dies and tooling.
• Conduct quality checks before and during runs.
• Maintain cleanup and housekeeping per checklist.
• Identify damaged tooling and report to supervisor; report safety concerns.
• Collaborate with maintenance and shift leads to resolve issues.
