Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator II based in Mason, OH. This Day Shift position runs 6:48am-7:00pm on a 2-2-3 schedule, with every other weekend included.

Weekly pay starts at $24.20 per hour. Benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401k with match) begin on day one. Demonstrated reliability and strong attendance are preferred as the Operator runs multiple plastic blow molding machines and supports continuous production and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Regular, predictable, and punctual attendance is required.
• Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
• Able to communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Collaborates well with others and supports team objectives.
• Willing to take ownership of a production line and its performance.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic adjustments, color changes, and minor repairs as needed.
• Conduct on-line quality checks and document results according to SOPs.
• Follow safety, GMP, and company policies; participate in continuous improvement.
• Assist maintenance and training of new Operators; support shift handovers.
• Monitor material handling systems and adjust processing for optimal quality.
