Digital Room Inc. in Solon, OH is seeking a Box Machine Operator to support our packaging and shipping operations. The role involves producing boxes, measuring and weighing for cost‑effective packaging, lifting up to 50 lbs, and reloading the machine with fanfold material.

Shifts include 3rd Sunday-Thursday night and 1st Monday-Friday morning. We offer competitive hourly pay of $17–$21 plus benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities while working in a fast-paced, safety‑conscious warehouse.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of packing experience in a warehouse setting.
• Good problem‑solving skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers.
• Ability to use hand/power tools and safe use of them.
• Ability to multitask with changing priorities.
• Ability to recognize safety issues & corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Make all styles of boxes for products.
• Able to measure and weigh products for the most economical shipping box.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Reload machine with fanfold material.
• Verify shipping boxes on skids for the correct carrier.
• Load UPS truck at end of shift.
• Move skids to FedEx pick-up area.
• Process through PacMaster and communicate with management to ensure all duties assigned are completed.
• Performs any other future jobs/needs of the Packing/Shipping department.
