Job summary

Atkore in Byesville, OH is seeking a 2nd shift Machine Operator (3:00pm–11:00pm) to operate and monitor production equipment, complete set-ups, and ensure product quality meets customer standards. • High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic math skills for counting and calculations.
• Attention to detail, time management and organization.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow production Standard Work and safety procedures.
• Operate and observe machinery during production.
• Identify acceptable/unacceptable product quality per standards.
• Collaborate with teammates, supervisors and managers to meet goals.
• Monitor production and scrap rates.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold values.
