Qualifications

• Trade school plus 1-2 years experience in machine repair or equivalent.
• Experience reading schematics and following technical manuals.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.
• Perform simple machine setups with focus on quality and efficiency.
• Read job recaps and report any discrepancies to supervisor.
• Clean machines before setups and perform preventive maintenance.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly PM on machines and assist PM planning.
• Diagnose machine issues and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime.
• Use MicroMain system for repairs, parts lookup, and paperwork.
• Be flexible to move to other areas and perform additional duties as directed.
