Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies in New Hampshire is seeking a Machinist III to produce precision parts using machine tools. You will measure workpieces, install machine parts, and perform quality inspections.

This is a 2nd shift position with a 10% shift differential on top of the hourly salary. Experience of at least three years in machining is required, and the team emphasizes safety and high reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in machining or area of responsibility.
• Ability to measure workpieces and perform quality inspections.
• 2nd shift with 10% differential.

Responsibilities

• Estimate dimensions of workpieces, products, or equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Produce or repair precision parts using both manual and automated equipment and accurate measurements.
• Set up, adjust, and operate basic machine tools to perform precision machining operations.
• Program more complex parts to be machined.
• Measure and outline the parts to be machined using devices and tools to obtain accurate dimensions.
• Assist with design of basic manufacturing fixtures.
