You will work with API 6D laser, Leica tracker laser, Hamar laser, Renishaw ball-bar, electronic levels, and spindle analyzers to ensure geometric accuracy and tolerances. Qualifications

• Apprenticeship program or 3+ years experience in lasering/alignment of machine tools.
• Experience using metrology equipment to diagnose machine tool conditions.

Responsibilities

• Use metrology tools to diagnose and troubleshoot machine tools and related equipment.
• Create, manipulate, and chart data with electronic spreadsheets to achieve results.
• Read machine tool prints, interpret CMM reports, and ensure geometrical tolerances.
• Travel as needed and work overtime to support production goals.
