Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for the 2nd shift in its Charlotte, NC facility. You will oversee daily logistics activities, including warehousing, inventory control, distribution, and transportation, while driving safety, quality, and cost performance.

You will lead a team of hourly operators and team leaders, coordinate with third-party providers, conduct 5S and safety improvements, and ensure effective shift handoffs and priority communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with experience in manufacturing, logistics or supply chain.
• 2+ years in people leadership.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations on 2nd shift across warehousing, inventory, distribution and transportation.
• Lead Material Execution team to ensure timely delivery to production lines.
• Coordinate with 3rd party warehouse providers for on-time parts delivery.
