Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Material Flow Supervisor (3rd shift) in Charlotte to oversee daily logistics, warehousing, inventory control, distribution and transportation. You will manage a high-mix environment, lead hourly operators and MET teams, and ensure safety and quality compliance on shift.

The role emphasizes 5S, root-cause problem solving, and effective handoffs with 3rd party partners. Strong English communication and experience with SAP/Oracle systems are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics or supply chain.
• Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics or supply chain
• 2+ years of experience in people leadership

Responsibilities

• Own and lead daily material delivery across air-cooled chiller assembly lines to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
• Coordinate Material Execution Team across the value stream to ensure timely delivery to production lines.
• Lead daily 3rd party warehouse provider meetings and ensure correct storage and flow of materials.
