Job summary

Carrier in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Logistics Supervisor (2nd shift) to lead daily material delivery across air-cooled chiller assembly lines. You will own safety, quality, delivery and cost on shift, developing team capability and enforcing standard work in a high-mix manufacturing environment.

You will oversee warehousing, inventory control, distribution and transportation, coach hourly operators and team leads, perform 5S and safety walks, and coordinate with 3rd party warehouses to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of manufacturing, logistics or supply chain experience.
• OR Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of experience and 2+ years in people leadership.
• Knowledge of logistics, scheduling and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics activities in Charlotte facility, ensuring safe, on-time material delivery.
• Lead Material Execution Team (MET) and coordinate with 3rd party warehouses for timely parts flow.
• Conduct 5S and safety walks; enforce standard work and quality processes.
• Perform HR timecard approvals and coach hourly operators and team leads.
• Escalate shortages and build strong relationships with warehousing partners.
