Job summary

Schylling Inc. in Lakewood, WA is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm) to manage routing, ASN processing, and shipping coordination.

You will collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies, maintain shipping documentation, and ensure accurate inventory and on-time deliveries, while upholding superior customer service and vendor compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution center and customer service departments.
• Minimum of 1 year of EDI and logistics (domestic and international) experience.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and communication skills (both written and oral).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain positive under pressure.
• Must be a team player and can work with diverse personalities.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Ensure routing and label requirements are met for accountability and consistency.
• Manage ASNs in a timely manner.
• Help streamline shipping and transportation processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies related to products, inventory, orders, or shipments.
• Communicate order requirements (labels, packaging) and ship in advance of order ship date to meet requirements.
• Be familiar with customer routing guides and ensure DC adheres to vendor compliance.
