Job summary

Schylling Inc. in Lakewood, WA is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift (temp to hire). You will unload containers, receive, sort, and put away inventory, and pull, pack and ship products according to daily orders.

This fast-paced role requires safety focus, ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and the stamina to stand for long periods. A high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work first shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm) and report as assigned.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and push/pull carts up to 60 pounds.
• Experience in warehouse or related field preferred (1+ year).
• Ability to read barcodes and use scanners.
• Follow safety, quality, and fulfillment standards.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers, receive, sort, and put away inventory.
• Pull, pack and ship products based on daily orders.
• Read bar codes and pull orders with tickets.
• Perform packaging, labeling, and light assembly tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
