CHEP Services, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Dock Coordinator for the 2nd shift to oversee docks used for incoming and outgoing shipments. You will coordinate with Shift Leads, manage pallets and materials with forklift operators, and prepare shipping documents to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (or 2+ years in a warehouse). You will interact with carriers and customers to resolve issues and keep records up-to-date in our system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent or 2+ years experience in a warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of Shipping and Receiving Customer service.

Responsabilités

• Oversee docks and coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments on 2nd shift (6:00pm–4:45am).
• Coordinate with Shift Leads for moving pallets and materials by forklift operators.
• Prepare and review shipping documents, work orders, bills of lading and shipping orders.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with carriers and customers to resolve issues.
